This project shall pursue the establishment of architectural practice based on the renovation of existing buildings, through execution of actual commissions. The design shall incorporate one of the following:
1. The development of designing methods independent from conventional mass-production based construction
2. Recycling concious selection of materials
3. Renovation or reuse of existing structures and materials
